Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Olzytech Solutions website and set out the general basis on which we provide website design, development, deployment and related services.

1.Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

If you engage us for services, these Terms apply together with the proposal, quotation or statement of work we agree with you (the “Project Agreement”). If there is a conflict, the Project Agreement prevails for that project.

2.About us

This website is operated by Olzytech Solutions, a website design and development studio based in Malaysia (“Olzytech”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@olzytech.com.

3.Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any connected systems, or interfere with their operation (including by sending malware or automated high-volume requests).
  • Scrape, copy or harvest content or data in bulk without our written permission.
  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content through our forms, or use them to send spam.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons.

4.Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, code, illustrations and the overall look and feel, belongs to Olzytech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal and business-evaluation purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos and technologies mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply endorsement.

Ownership of work we create for you is dealt with in the “Deliverables and ownership” section below.

5.Our services and project agreements

We provide website design, website development (from requirements through to deployment), search-engine and performance optimisation, and ongoing care and maintenance. Each project is described in a Project Agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule.

To deliver on time and to the agreed quality, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate content, brand assets, access and information when we ask for them.
  • Give feedback and approvals within the time frames in the Project Agreement. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
  • Make sure you have the right to use all content, images, fonts and materials you give us.

Work outside the agreed scope is handled as a change request. We will tell you the impact on cost and timeline before starting, and we only proceed once you approve.

6.Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). They are not an offer or a binding quotation. Your final fee is set out in your Project Agreement.

  • Unless the Project Agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in milestones (for example on commencement, on design approval and on launch), and invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
  • Fees exclude domain registration, third-party licences, paid plugins and hosting tiers, and applicable taxes such as Sales and Service Tax (SST). We will flag third-party costs during planning.
  • We may pause work, and may withhold launch or handover, while an invoice is overdue. We may charge reasonable late-payment interest where the Project Agreement allows it.

7.Deliverables and ownership

Unless the Project Agreement says otherwise, once we have received full payment, you own the custom designs, content and code we create specifically for you (the “Deliverables”).

  • Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences, which continue to apply to your use of them.
  • We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, libraries and know-how, and grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them as part of the Deliverables.
  • Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work, in a manner that does not reveal confidential information, in our portfolio and marketing.

8.Your content and confidentiality

You remain responsible for the content you provide and for making sure it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You grant us the right to use it as needed to deliver the services.

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential, use it only for the project, and not disclose it except to people who need to know it or where required by law. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the recipient.

9.Third-party services and links

Our work and this website may rely on or link to third-party services, such as hosting platforms, content-management systems, payment gateways and analytics tools. These are provided by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.

10.Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information on it is complete or current.

We work to high standards and aim for strong performance, accessibility and search visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search-engine rankings, traffic, conversions, Lighthouse scores or revenue, because they depend on factors outside our control. Any such targets are goals, not promises.

11.Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with this website or our services; and (b) our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you provide to us or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

13.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website if you breach these Terms. Either party may end a project in line with the Project Agreement, for example if the other party materially breaches it and does not fix the problem after reasonable notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

14.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If we cannot, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, unless the Project Agreement states a different dispute-resolution method.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and the updated Terms apply to your use of the website from that date. Terms agreed in a signed Project Agreement are not changed unless both parties agree in writing.
